Memmingen Airport is an international airport in the town of Memmingerberg near Memmingen, in the Swabia region of Germany. It is the smallest of the three commercial airports in Bavaria. Originally a military airfield built in 1935, Memmingen Airport gets its three-letter code from its German translation: Flughafen MeMmingen.
